Welcome to my chilled and mellow home. Literally park up and explore everything that makes Taupo so vibrant by day and night all within a 2 minute walk away. Stroll down to the Lake front enjoy the view, then head into town for a few drinks. Chill out, watch the sun go down all while taking in the vibe of the snowy mountains. Summer or winter Taupo's got some mega things to see and do. I can guarantee your time here will be amazing and happy to give a little local inside to help you on your way.

Large inner city 60s apartment, waterfront, stunning views. Free on & off-street parking, fast internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Walk 5 mins to city centre, shops, parks, cafés, bars, & restaurants. Drive 9 mins to Mt Maunganui beaches. Perfect for singles, couples, and business travellers. Queen bedroom & spacious lounge with comfy sofas. PLEASE NOTE: 1. There's NO AIR CONDITIONING, we have fans only. 2. Our place is not suitable for children. 3. Cars on the expressway below us, make some noise.

The Shed - Orchard Retreat

Our two bedroom accomodation is positioned to get the best views out over our citrus orchard. The large deck extends off the spacious open plan lounge and kitchen to allow indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Full kitchen with everything you may need as well as a bottle of our award winning orange juice. Due our deck and the stairs our property is not suitable for young children. We are a smoke free property and do not allow smoking.

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.

The apartment is very well appointed with full kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, laundry & car park. It is professionally serviced between stays, but not during your stay.
