Situated in early Pyes Pa, near Tauriko, a peaceful rural setting 3km from town. Easy access, private and spacious studio set up with all of the modern amenities for a couples relaxing get away. Private tropical courtyard with chiminea, sunset deck. Plenty of safe parking for trailers, bikes, boats, campervans outside studio. Salt water swimming pool available, shared with hosts, but all privacy given. Conveniently located off Tauranga direct road from Rotorua for those travelling through.

You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

Welcome to Black Gates Bed & Breakfast. Our B&B features two guest rooms in one wing of the main house, complete with a separate entrance and private bathroom. A securely locked door separates your living space from ours, ensuring your privacy. These two bedrooms are conveniently positioned side by side. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-sized bed, while the adjacent room offers a single bed & pullout single if needed. You'll also have your own bathroom during your stay.

This is a small bedroom with a queen bed with plenty of storage. Private smart TV in bedroom. There is key lock on bedroom door for your security and privacy. Fresh towels and toiletries available in the shared guest bathrooms. Unlimited fibre WiFi. Air conditioning vent and double glazing for your comfort. The huge backyard has an orchard, Bar B Que and outdoor entertainment area. Electric gate and off street parking provides superb security. Two course homemade breakfast included.

Modern luxury home that allow stunning lake view. Very quiet location. Plenty of off-street parking with parking bay for trailer - boat, jet ski, and bikes. Very close to Botanical Gardens and Reserve (300 m). Within 1 km of Hilton Hotel and Debrett's Natural Thermal Hot Pools on the Taupo - Napier highway. 5 minutes from MOTOR SPORTS TRACK. Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed with separate toilet and ensuite shower. Continental breakfast is incl. 3 min drive to town centre.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet country feel, close to town. Listen to and watch all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is a new kitchenette, shower, vanity and toilet.
