Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

This is a beautiful old stone house with light and airy rooms, well equipped with modern devices which make the apartment functional for everyday use. Our house is located in the quiet part of the town, only 2 minutes walk from the seaside (50 stairs).
