ROKU TV-Stick. NO-Cable service, half bathroom on the first floor. Up the stairs, we have laundry room, 2 bedrooms w/1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed

A small fenced in yard w/ turf for pets. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.
