Family friendly, great amenities, minutes to beach

This spacious townhouse is situated within Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, with access to 11 pools, mini-golf, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, playgrounds and of course the beach! These amenities coupled with a short walk to the beach makes for a relaxing getaway. This townhouse has everything you need for an enjoyable trip to the beach or pool including chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and floatables. Sports equipment includes putters, balls, shuffleboard cues and pucks. Bonus: rent our golf cart!

The Blue Heron at the Beach

From the moment that you arrive at The Blue Heron, to when you tour each room and experience the decorating details, you will know that you are in a special place. We hope that the experience of staying in our vacation rental will mirror the natural and tropical experience of our beautiful beach. The Blue Heron is a wonderful place to escape life for a while, both inside and regionally. Our favorite touch is all the local artwork. The Blue Heron is a magical place, along the emerald waters.

Our perfectly styled townhome is a cozy, convenient retreat full of amenities for unforgettable memories. Sip coffee on the patio, watch your kids play putt-putt, bike to the beach, dive into the pool, and enjoy game nights and sunsets. This is a space for family, fun, and relaxation—where meaningful moments are made and shared. Resort requires wristbands ($20 each for guests 5 years+) and a parking fee ($25 per vehicle), both paid on-site. You’ll love the vibe, the comfort, and the location.

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

Beautiful beach house. Perfect for couples or a small family. Just 450ft walk to the beach! That's a 2 min walk! Entire upstairs is the master suite w/ attached bath & beautiful walk-in shower. Complete w/ a comfy king size bed. Main floor living room has a queen murphy bed(sofa isn’t the most comfy but I chose bed over comfy sofa) , a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A small fenced in yard w/ turf for pets. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.
