This is a lovely large, spacious, nicely decorated modern ground floor flat in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is very clean. All 3 bedrooms are generous. Beds 1&2 have en-suite bathrooms whilst Bed 3 has its own bathroom next door. The dining/ living room is also very large. There is a fully equipped separate large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens. Good A/C and WiFi. To the front is a sunny patio with garden furniture The apartment has free parking outside. As public transport is very limited in Muscat, a car is pretty essential. A couple of convenience stores, an excellent Syrian restaurant (Bab Shaqri) and a highly rated Spanish one (Alacena) are all within 5 mins walk. Other supermarkets and eateries are within a few minutes drive away. Jokha is a charming, super-responsive host with a passion for property/ rentals. A couple of minor issues brought responses within a couple of minutes. I can thoroughly recommend staying here.

Staying at Sukoon Apartment was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful furnishing and the excellent choice of décor — everything was perfectly selected to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you to the host for the clear instructions and kind guidance throughout the stay. It made everything smooth and stress-free. I genuinely felt at home — and the peace and calm of the place is something I’ll never forget. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of serenity. Looking forward to coming back!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was wonderful, the location was spot on, and the flat was super clean. It would be awesome to have a microwave in the kitchen and a decent coffee machine, but honestly, everything else was perfect!

Das Appartment ist in einer exclusiven Wohnanlage zwischen Muscat und Al Seeb gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und der 1 minütige Fußweg zum Jachthafen und der Bummelmeile The Walk mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés ist sehr bequem zu erreichen. Zum Stand geht man ca. 5 Minuten, dort gibt es keine Sonnenschirme, diesen sollte man sich mitbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlte uns nichts. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sind vorhanden, so dass man nicht zu viele Kleidung einpacken muss. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung sauber und Armani kümmerte sich umgehend um unsere zusätzlichen Wünsche, es fehlte noch ein Handtuch und ein frisches Bettlaken, dieses wurde gleich am nächsten Morgen gebracht. Die Klimaanlage nutzten wir nur zeitweise, um ab und zu die Schlafzimmer etwas runterzukühlen, sie ist sehr leise und leistungsstark. Toll ist auch der nebenan gelegen Privatpool! Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

Pretty apartment by the sea

We had a lovely stay at this charming flat in Al Bustan. Although Hayley wasn’t there in person, she was super helpful and responsive throughout. The flat is in a beautiful, traditional Omani-style building, and the neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. We especially loved walking along the beach at night – we even saw bioluminescence, which was magical! It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking for a quiet escape that’s still within reach of the city. Just note there are no restaurants nearby, so self-catering or a short drive out for meals is the way to go. Watching the sunrise from the flat was absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend the drive to Sifah beach – there’s a hidden stretch of sand that felt completely private. Would happily stay again!

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Bader's place, even though our stay was short. The check-in and checkout process was exceptionally clear and seamless, which made everything easy and stress-free. Bader's responsiveness was also remarkable. He quickly addressed all our questions, making our limited time even more enjoyable. We would love to visit again for a longer stay and experience more of what Bader's place and the area have to offer.

Hôte très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute pour vous conseiller et faciliter le séjour. la maison est propre, la piscine sans vis-à-vis. Rumays est à une trentaine de minutes de Mascate, parfait pour être à l'écart de la ville sans être trop loin.

MK and his brother were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at their place. Wish we had stayed longer at their place. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Muscat. Waves is 5 mins away, our family truly enjoyed and place was super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Muscat next time again.

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

3-Bedroom flat with parking, shops & restaurants .

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!
