I recommend it because it has very comfortable and spacious rooms. I loved the kitchen on the balcony. It is well equipped and clean. The receptionist made us feel at home and was very friendly. The place is located quite close to the beach. On the corner there are several restaurants, tour agencies, minimarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, and clothing and souvenir shops. You can request that your room be cleaned every day at a specific time. The hotel also offers tours if you want to book them. I would stay there again.

Tuve una estancia muy disfrutable. Los dos puntos más valorables son: la ubicación ( a metros de la mejor zona de playa si nos estás en un all inclussive y a metros de la.zona de bares y negocios. Y el otro aspecto muy valorable es la calidez, orden y limpieza de los anfotriones, quienes siempre están esperando se para que todos los espacios estén relucientes. El colchón que me tocó era muy cómodo, pero había otros que no lo eran tanto. Si piensas hacer mucha vida por fuera el lugar es perfecto. Salir a ver el amanecer a la playa que está a solo 4 minutos caminando es una gran virtud😍 Me sentí muy cómodo y agradezco mucho a los anfitriones por la estadía.

L’emplacement est génial à 30 secondes de la plage. Restaurants et magasins à proximité. On peut difficilement faire mieux situé. Denis a été très accueillant, il a même voulu nous conduire dans le logement en suivant notre bus ! Il a également été flexible sur l’horaire de checkout ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé car nous avions un avion en fin de journée. Cela nous a permis de profiter de la plage jusqu’au bout. Je recommande à 100% Merci pour tout !

Todo estuvo perfecto. El lugar estaba impecable, el residencial es muy seguro y la ubicación es excelente. La única área de mejora sería la comunicación con los huéspedes y la claridad de las instrucciones para el check-in. Aparte de eso, fue una excelente experiencia. Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo.

Der Aufenthalt in der Art Villa war absolut ok :-) Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und das Frühstück war ebenfalls völlig in Ordnung. In der Dusche muss man auf das heisse Wasser ein wenig warten, aber es kommt! Das liegt sicherlich eher an den lokalen Gegebenheiten. Insgesamt scheint es mir ein kleiner, mit Herzblut gepflegter Familienbetrieb zu sein :-) Einige kleine Supermärkte und etliche Restaurants befinden sich in direker Umgebung (500 Meter), es gibt eine Apotheke und wer ein wenig weiter schaut, der wird das liebevoll gestaltete und ebenso liebevoll betriebene "GracePlace" gleich um die Ecke finden - eines der besten Restaurants, das ich in der Domenikanischen Republik kennenlernen durfte <3

Muy buena ubicación si la idea es visitar el club de playa, el Hard Rock Casino y simplemente descansar. Eso si hay mucha construcción a los alrededores pero en el fin de semana no nos impactó. El servicio y comunicación fluyó sin problemas

la habitación es grande y cómoda, tienen buen equipamiento y destacó el agua para tomar en los pasillos. muy rico el desayuno aunque si reservas por Airbnb tiene un cargo extra de 5usd.

Charming Poolside Room with Balcony Breakfast Wifi

Fantastic Stay at Nancy's place in Punta Cana! I had a wonderful stay at Apartahotel Grañada Honda by Nancy Rodriguez. The room was clean, nicely air-conditioned, nice bathroom, strong WiFi, lovely patio with hammock, and TV. The pool was big, clean, and refreshing, with plenty of lounge chairs and a poolside bar and restaurant offering a selection of food and drinks. The hotel is in a gated complex with parking and felt very safe, with small shops (colmados) within walking distance. You can hear traffic on the patio, but it was quiet once you're in the room. It’s listed in Punta Cana but it's actually on the outskirts: a 50-minute drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Bavaro — perfect if you have a rental car and want to be out of the city. Only 10 minutes to Playa Macao. Nancy is a truly fantastic host and her staff were friendly and helpful. Be sure to visit Rancho Real, her nearby cigar shop and poolside bar — a great spot to relax and pick up souvenirs. Highly recommend!
