This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex, located on the 5th and 6th floors.Each room comes with a furnished bed, and the entire apartment is fully furnished. The house includes a gas connection and stove for cooking, air conditioning (AC) for cooling, and a heating system for the winter. The building is secured by CCTV cameras to ensure your safety. The duplex offers a beautiful view of the Meghna River. The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with all modern amenities.
