Bellissima esperienza! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, posto ideale per stare in vacanza in totale relax. L'appartamento pulito e intimo, indipendente, arredato in stile modernissimo, funzionale, curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutti comfort,di tutti i servizi essenziali( lavatrice, biancheria, lenzuola, olio, caffè, cartigienica ect) dove regna la pace più assoluta. Si trova in pieno centro storico a Loceri, piccolo borgo autentico, con tantissimi murales da ammirare e fotografare. Spiaggie incantevoli a pochi minuti d'auto, parchi, boschi e incursioni da fare a pochi km dalla struttura, insomma punto strategico per visitare l'Ogliastra. Rossano host impeccabile, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli su dove parcheggiare sia per i posti da visitare nei dintorni, ci ha fatto trovare una torta fatta in casa, extra e a nostra disposizione ombrellone, sedie da mare e racchette...che dire il top!! Ovviamente consigliatissimo!!!

We had a great family vacation at Eleonora's place. It was comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of 4 (kids 5 and 9 y.o.). A few beaches are within walking distance, some of the most beautiful and children-friendly beaches we have ever visited! We felt very blessed <3 Eleonora is responsive and very very friendly! We absolutely recommend this stay.

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke also wirklich zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne überdachte Veranda. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto einen richtig langen Sandstrand, der an einen Pinienwald grenzt. Restaurants sind genügend auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Arbatax ist richtig gemütlich und wenn man mehr will, fährt man einfach ums Eck nach Tortoli. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

So muss ein Appartement sein. Eines der besten, das ich bis jetzt über Airbnb gebucht habe.

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

Francesco è stata una persona splendida, molto disponibile, molto educato e molto discreto, persona molto amichevole che ci accoglierà, vi farà fare un giro per il paese mostrandovi, i negozi del posto vi indicherà le spiagge più belle, rimanendo molto discreto, nonostante lui viva al piano superiore dell'alloggio, in caso di bisogno sarà pronto ad aiutarvi.. Sempre.. Alloggio piccolo, ma molto pulito, a 20 Mt dal mare, davanti alla piazza del paese nel quale troverete un ampia scelta di ottimi ristoranti, in alcuni di questi vi verrà addirittura fatto uno sconto andando a nome suo in quanto è una persona conosciuta nel paese.. Francesco è stata una persona squisita... Esperienza da provare e poi ripetere... Il caffè del mattino preso davanti al mare.. Non ha prezzo.. In caso di bisogno cmq sia troverete una persona sempre pronta ed educata che vi saprà indicare anche altri luoghi da visitare... Alloggio dotato anche di aria condizionata..oltre ad un host... Troverete un amico..

Wir haben 4 Tage in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft verbracht. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Natur gefunden, die wir gesucht hatten. Der Blick bon der Terasse aus, ist wirklich schön. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, um sich Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Die Kommunikation mit Antonella war fabelhaft. Sie hat uns schnell alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt in Stefanias hübscher Wohnung. Toller kleiner Balkon mit wunderbarer Sicht aufs Meer. Super Lage. 5 Min. zum schönen Sandstrand, viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Stefania war super nett und immer erreichbar! Die perfekte Gastgeberin! Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

A lovely stay - thank you. Would gladly recommend to others. Clean, bright and modern apartment. We had a few issues with loss of power and connectivity but the host was super quick to sort them out. Perfect location and plenty of space. The only one thing I'd suggest is to leave a hoover for easier cleaning up after the beach. Thanks again!! 😊

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Für uns der perfekte Ort für Herbstferien - kaum Leute, tolles Strandwetter, wunderschöne Natur und spannende Ausflugsziele (Tropfsteinhöhlen, Berge, Naturreservat Oasi Biderosa, Traumstrände). Super Eisdiele und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Melania ist eine absolut professionelle, reaktionsschnelle und großzügige Gastgeberin.

Really beautiful place decorated with pieces made by the owner, all with excelent taste and quality! Great welcome with local products, again made by the host.. All excelent! The house is super complete with everything needed and beyond. The cleaning is off the charts, with everything perfect. The host even left us water and milk in the fridge! I must tell you that this was the best experience ever in an Airbnb... Thank you Gina! You are the best...

Such a beautiful spot right next to everything you could want - delicious restaurants, delicious beaches, delicious everything! Graziella was extremely helpful and came to meet us at the free parking spot and help us carry our bags to the accomodation - you get a sea view and everything is within 5 minutes walk. What a beautiful place to stay and such great hosts, we will be back :D

Francesca war eine äußerst zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeberin! Wir hatten alles in der Unterkunft was wir brauchten, insbesondere die Küche war hervorragend eingerichtet so dass wir für unsere Gruppe gut kochen konnten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Schöne ruhige Ausgangslage zum Klettern, Baden, Essen gehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank Francesca!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig am Rand von Tortolì gelegen. Die Aussichten auf die Stadt und die Berge sowie der Pool haben uns sehr begeistert. Unser Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Wohlfühlen brauchte. Alles war sauber, die Einrichtung landestypisch aber auch modern. Am ersten Morgen wurden wir von Gianfranco mit sardischen Süßigkeiten überrascht, die einfach nur köstlich waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in het huisje van Dominico. Het huisje is een onderdeel van het hotel/appartementcomplex Gli Ontani en lag aan het zeer schone en nette zwembad. Het huisje is zeer goed uitgerust om fatsoenlijk maaltijden te kunnen koken. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een zeer mooi strandje op loopafstand van het huisje. We vonden het een geweldige uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ondekken. We kunnen het iedereen aanraden en mochten wij weer in die omgeving willen verblijven dan zouden we dit zeker weer boeken. Domenico reageert snel in goed Engels. Met een woord een geweldige locatie om te verblijven.

Nous avions initialement un autre airbnb, duquel nous avons quitté car nous étions très déçus J’ai trouvé cette perle rare le jour même, j’ai eu une grande chance de le trouver Quartier adorable Excellents restaurants Allions tous les matins au Bellavista bio café délicieux Geppo’s pizza excellent Épicerie CRAI juste à côté Logement robuste propre Très bonne air climatisée Lit très confortable Magnifique paysage Piscine incroyable Calme Très bien entretenu Sécuritaire, avec guérite Gianfranco et son personnel, d’une grande gentillesse, très serviable Nous allons revenir certainement Merci pour tout !!!

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Es war wunderschön in der Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

Merveilleuses vacances d'un mois à Tortoli. Ambiance "campagne" en bord de mer. Tout était parfait ! Plages de sable blanc, eaux cristallines, peu de monde. Bonnes trattorias, excellentes glaces et pizzerias (très bon marché) juste à côté de la maison. De très beaux sites nuragiques à quelques kilomètres. Le logement de Stefano est très agréable (et encore plus joli même que sur les photos). Les pièces sont grandes et tout est très bien entretenu, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie quotidienne. Stefano et ses parents sont aux petits soins pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible. Une famille adorable! GRAZIE MILLE ! ! !

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, spacieux, confortable. Nous avons eu des serviettes de plage à notre disposition. Des fruits et biscuits à notre arrivée.
