Ad un'ora di autostrada si può raggiungere il mare ligure e Torino. A circa 10 km. si trova l'outlet Mondovicino, nel quale si possono trovare tantissimi negozi ed un grande ipermercato. La vista dal paese è incantevole.

Nel cuore del centro storico, con accesso ai migliori ristoranti e caffetterie del borgo, vicino ai giardini del Belvedere ed ad un passo dalla funicolare che connette Piazza con Breo ed i suoi negozi.

Ferrarotti ligger i den sørlige delen av Piemonte, i distriktet Langhe, ca 20 minutters kjøretur fra Barolo. Området er kjent for det nydelige landskapet, vin, ost, trøfler, hasselnøtter og det piemontesiske kjøkken. Huset ligger helt usjenert, ca 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer. Det er oppvarmet basseng med fantastisk utsikt (infinity pool) og en stor og deilig hage med flere sitteområder.

Attraverso un terrazzo esterno di proprietà, si accede all'appartamento composto da una camera da letto, ( letto matrimoniale alla francese 140cm x 200cn), bagno, una zona giorno con divano letto singolo ( 80cm x 180cm) e cucina completamente attrezzata.
