It is away from the tourist crowd of Basco. Being in the middle town of the island also allows you accessibility to all the other towns.You will get the real feel of the rustic serenity of Batanes while having accessibility to basic amenities you will need.My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

The Guest House is located in the heart of Basco. It has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. A living room and well equipped kitchen. Breakfast throughout your stay is served free of charge. All rooms have AC unit and a Hot and Cold shower. Rooms are equipped with tv. Guests can relax in the shared lounge area. We offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Tours can also be arranged for added charge. Easy access to Basco's main attractions. Basco beaches and airport is also 5-10 minute walk.

Located 14 kms from the town of Basco and at the heart of Batan Island is the the town of Ivana where Siayanrock Is. Hometel is located at center of the town, right beside the much photographed oldest existing spanish era bridge, a stone throw from Dakay House, a few minutes walk to the famous Honesty Coffee Shop, San Jose Church and Ivana Port where motorized boats bring you to Sabtang Island. A restored traditional Ivatan house, Fuentes Heritage Inn used to be an artillery quarters during WWII. It is a typical Ivatan house complex where a main house is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. A cogon roofed main house and kitchen with additional veranda attached to the main house. It is equipped with modern amenities.
