Welcome to my recently updated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home! This property is walking distance from Lake Allatoona and a 15 min drive from Red Top Mountain State Park. There is a beautiful community lake point with beach that is a short walk down the road. Downtown Acworth is less an a 10 minute drive away. Allatoona lakefront Victorian farm 2 bedrooms

The Inn is a historic Allatoona lakefront Victorian Mansion/farm. You get 2 guest rooms with no other guests. We include linens/towels, coffee, Wi-Fi, cleaning, and TV. Health dept. says no cooking in kitchen but you have access to frigs, microwave and large toaster oven. Price is for 6 guests, but 2 more can be added for $30.00 per night/guest. Surveillance is used in public areas/grounds as required by our local govt. We are near Lakepoint, Redtop Mountain State Park, and Smithsonian museums.

The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. We recently remodeled it, with 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The house has two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, two twin daybeds, & two full daybeds, sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a 65” LED TV with Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the patio & 55” LED TV down stair.

Cottage on Lake Allatoona w/ private dock. Get ready to enjoy tiny living in this cozy 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom. Amenities include private dock (shared w/ homeowners) in a no-wake cove, 1 pedal boat, and 2 standup paddleboards. We are located 7.6 miles from Lakepoint complex, 3.7 miles from Red Top Park, 3 miles from downtown Acworth and 2 miles from the interstate for quick and easy access to wineries/breweries. This is the perfect getaway spot for folks who just want to chill and relax for a few days, a week or a month. We are also 15 minutes away from Lakepoint Sports Complex. Big enough to host a family reunion, but cozy enough for a romantic weekend with your honey. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

Hattiway a fully furnished lakefront home located in a secluded cove on Lake Allatoona that will comfortably sleep 8-10. This lake house has a Master Bedroom with a king sized bed. The guest bedroom gives you a double bed. The Bunk Room has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total). An eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar. The dock has an upper deck with built in seating and lighting. Underneath is a covered slip.

This charming barn studio is nestled in the country side of Adairsville Georgia. Guest can enjoy a hillside view of our beautiful catch and release pond where you are invited to fish. Wildlife is abundant here, common visitors are ducks, geese, herring, rabbits, and deer. We live on this property and love meeting new people and are happy to answer any question you may have.
