Incredibly comfortable for 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was well stocked with kitchen staples and games for the kids. We loved walking to the pond and exploring the beach. Andy was so responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fun family weekend in beautiful North Conway. There was plenty of space and room for every couple to have privacy yet a large common area we could all be together. The neighborhood was peaceful and and easy walk to the common path to the river. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. We would go back and will recommend to our friends! Cindy

My wife and I had an amazing time with our 5 month old boy. This was our first family vacation with our son and we’ll remember it forever. This is a beautiful house with even more beautiful views! Everything was clean and tidy. You are only 7 minutes from Story Land and about 15 minutes from downtown North Conway making this the perfect location. We’ll definitely be booking with Brian again in the future!

The house is perfect for a family with privacy in each room with a beautiful view and with many activities to do.

We were up for a hockey tournament, and stayed with 2 families. It was comfortable to hang out and sleep. I love the decor of the place! It felt like home!

I booked this house to accommodate my family of 4 and another family of 4. There were 4 adults and 4 kids age 2 to 5. This house was the perfect space to accommodate us. The house is 20ish minutes away from many of the kid friendly activities like the Scenic Railroad, Ryan’s Airpark, Cranmore, Zebs, and Kahuna Laguna. The mile leading up to the house is pretty steep and has a fair amount of curves so it was somewhat difficult to get in and out of during the snow storm we were there for but the plows were very on top of road maintenance. I spoke with Renee the day we checked in with a couple check in questions and she was kind, clear, and responsive. The house is also clearly labeled throughout making it easy to find things or access equipment throughout the house. Overall, this was a great stay and will definitely stay here again when we go back to North Conway in the future.

We stayed here for a weekend winter getaway and the experience was amazing. The home is very well put together and was exactly what we hoped for. The location is a plus - just besides a water body and the winter views were great. Our host was extremely responsive - I don't think we had a difference of more than a few mins for his response. He also shared a list of things to do on the listing which helped shape the weekend. Overall, the entire experience was perfect and what we had hoped for.

Beautiful, unique home for a large group! Myself and five friends, along with two dogs, stayed here for a long weekend. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We couldn’t love our stay anymore! It was perfectly located on the lake for our 11 year old who loves to fish. With incredible views, we couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Neighbors were great. Very easy stay. We’d love to visit again!

Bob was a super responsive host and the place was great for access to the mountain and a ski weekend. Shuttle service or a short drive yourself. I would recommend checking in on Friday (we did Saturday) just because the managing company isn't open on weekends and if you need something it will get there, but takes a bit longer. Place was great and spacious for us and our kiddo to enjoy the mountain and unwind. Access to the health club/pool was a huge plus for a swim after a day on the slopes.

Great stay. Easy self check-in, the host was super responsive about minor questions, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is very kid friendly, there's a nice playground across the street, a beach and mini shopping plaza, and an athletic club (passes were $50/day for families) all within a 5 minute walk. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cottage directly on the lake. Very clean. Was surprised to find some food left from previous guests.

Lovely cottage even better than the pictures. Gorgeous view from the spacious open living area. We enjoyed the view during meals and then gathered together on the large couch to watch movies as a family. Everything was clean and clutter free. Fully stocked kitchen was appreciated. There's a paved rail trail across the street that was so easy to get to. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Loved Nancy's cabin! Stayed for a cold weekend in snowy February '25. Family of six with adult children, significant other, 8month old baby, and pups. Circle dirt driveway fit our three suvs with room for more (beginning of driveway is shared with house next door). Right off route 113, but hardly noticed the traffic noise, the river scenery was gorgeous and peaceful. River was frozen and there is a walking trail across the way, so we saw a few snowshoers and their pups, otherwise a secluded stay. Three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, living room, kitchen, and one bunk room in the basement with a second living area and half bath with laundry. Kitchen was fully stocked. Cozy but enough room for us to spread out. Wifi worked well. The ramp up to the house from the driveway wasn't shoveled, nor was the deck, but one shovel was provided and we brought our own shovels to clear it for use. Also nice covered area under the deck out the basement door. Comfy beds! Cards and board games too.

Lucky lodge It is a very rustic cottage in the most beautiful surroundings. This was our third stay and my family considers this our "Happy Place". We look forward to future stays.

Wow, what a perfect house. Our favorite ABNB yet!! Some hi lights enjoyed by all 6 guests include comfy beds, room darkening shades, 3 full baths, coffee/drink area separate from kitchen. It was our 1st time to lake Ossipee, but it will not be our last! We swam, kayaked, fished etc. the lake was so clear and clean and warm. The scenery was spectacular. Robert was a great host and we would absolutely rent again.

Such a beautiful and cozy stay! literally feet from the water. It was incredible to wake up to that view. A cozy cabin feel with modern amenities. such a great space! thank you for having us

Fantastic home! Quiet, very clean and spacious. Ideally located just minutes from the scenic Kancamagus Highway and Settler’s Green. The inviting living room features a cozy fireplace that warms the entire home. The large basement offers a wonderful game room complete with a pool table, foosball table, and Wii video games.
