Spacious, peaceful setting in quiet neighborhood. Fenced in yard. Pet friendly. King bed, 2 queen beds, and sofa bed. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (One bedroom and bathroom is downstairs, two bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs.) Fully stocked kitchen with quality pans. Fast WiFi. Outside deck with grill. Fire pit. Lots of parking and large yard for games and kids to play. Gas grill and tables on the 600ft back deck, fire pit and more!

Easy access to public boat launch (we can help you rent a boat or bring yours) 2 bedrooms, a pullout sofa and a lovely sleeping porch. Close to Bay Pointe Inn (live music every Wednesday!) Will consider a dog on a case by case basis due to neighbors all being dog owners. $250 pet fee

The Barn House

A private country estate on 9 acres in beautiful rural Michigan featuring 5-bedrooms, 2 baths and a large kitchen/living area. This restored Dairy Barn with its original beams was converted into a wonderful residence in the early 1990’s. Cozy, tranquil, and spacious (4,000 square feet) would be a few words to best describe this home with its scenic walk out balcony overlooking a pond. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.

Nestled in the east end of Gun Lake, is this quaint home with 75ft of lake front including a boat dock. Perfect for a family vacation or weekend getaway w/friends. Come enjoy this 2023 renovated home with brand new lakeside deck built in 2024! We offer a 24hsp 8-10 person pontoon for rent as well. The cottage is 1.3 miles from BayPointe, 12 mi from Gun Lake Casino, 40 mi from Kalamazoo & Grand Rapids. There is SO much to do around the area!

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.
