Two floors of room for the whole family! Enjoy all Gun Lake has to offer at The Gun Laker! Outdoor there is dock + platform with boat rental slip, FOUR paddle boards, a water volleyball, outdoor heater, bonfire pit, grill, + outdoor furniture! First floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, TV, two bedrooms, full bathroom, washer + dryer, and outdoor patio. Second floor is a separate bedroom studio with a king bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, dining space, and living space with TV.

Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

We offer the simplicity of a cabin with the comfort of a family home; enjoy country living in this spacious lodge that sleeps 10 adults! Beautiful lakefront home on quiet lake, Serene and wooded yard. Right on the water with a beach. Enjoy the lake views from the inside porch at the large hand made table with 8 seats. Tankless water heater for endless showers Onsite laundry. Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. There are many stairs! Well water.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
