The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

Claret Ash Cottage, Hunter Valley

Claret Ash Cottage is a beautiful 1890's mining cottage nestled in the hamlet of Elderslie, Hunter Valley. The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests and suits those wanting to wind down by the fire pit in winter or on the back deck watching the sunset in summer - whilst enjoying the bounty of the Wine Country region. A picturesque 25 minute drive will have you in the heart of the wineries during the day - then back to Claret Ash Cottage by night to wine, dine and admire the view.

Located on 48 beautiful undulating acres of hobby farm. Self contained studio offers a modern, stylish, warm and comfortable private space. Unlimited fast NBN internet with Netflix. Our guests can walk or 4WD (yours) over the farm, or simply relax on the wrap-around deck watching the cattle, and weird Guinea Fowl .
