Simply Sailing-A Cottage In The Trees

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

Keep it simple and peaceful at the Dossey place! Our farm is centrally-located, just minutes from I-65. The house sits at the end of a 400 foot long driveway on a 90 acre farm. The corvette museum, beech bend park, WKU, shopping, restaurants, mammoth cave national Park, Nolan lake, cave city, and Kentucky down under are only a short drive away from the farm! Unique features include: a fire-pit, a barn that can house horses, and a front porch that provides a perfect view of the sunset daily!

Conveniently located amid the medical community of Glasgow; five blocks from T J Samson Hospital and the Shanti Niketan Hospice Center. For tourism, located 30 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park; 20 minutes from Barren River State Park; 40 minutes from National Corvette Museum; and 45 minutes from the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace

Our newly renovated guesthouse is sitting on 70 acres of beautiful green pastures. We are a working farm and milk cows twice a day. You'll probably meet a few chickens as they pass by, or friendly alpine dairy goats or baby calves. We are close to Barren River Lake State Park, Smiths Grove, KY, about 20 minutes from Bowling Green, KY ,15 minutes from Glasgow, KY and 29 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park!! Let our dog (Mack) get to know you and please do not be aggressive around him.

Relax with the whole family at this very pleasant place to stay. This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom & 1 bath private home. It's also a new build in 2024 and designed for family vacations. You'll have 1 King size bed and 1 Queen size bed in this country home. This house will sleep 5 pretty easily. It is just 5-10 minutes away from Mammoth Cave and all of the featured attractions. Plenty of closet space, your own kitchen and a television in the living room with a small TV in master bedroom.

Explore Mammoth Cave National Park, kayak the Green River or trek through Dinoworld then relax in the hot tub while the kids or the pup plays in the fenced in back yard. The fire pit is a perfect place for s’mores. Enjoy sharing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or head down the street and pick up pizza and ice cream from the locally owned shops in Cave City. Caveside Escape: border Mammoth Cave National Park

Our place borders Mammoth Cave National Park and is near I-65 in the town of Park City, KY. The Mammoth Cave bike trail goes alongside the property into the National Park, as well as connecting to bike trails around our town. The house is child friendly with an air hockey table and ping pong table in the basement. This listing includes three bedrooms. The smaller bedroom contains a twin bed with a twin trundle, or there is a queen air mattress available if you prefer.
