Our house is well maintained and is suited to families and small groups. The home has two queen rooms . A large family room with queen , king single and a single with trundle . All rooms are air-conditioned . There is a slow combustion fire for those cold nights but due to rising cost of wood and low availability the fire is on request . The home has everything you will need for a relaxing stay in Barraba. Close to Barraba hospital, Richardson House and a short walk to the Main Street.

Both the Services & Bowling clubs are within walking distance. The local swimming pool is visible, only a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful dark night skies at my location are perfect for star-gazing due to minimal street lighting. Manilla is 45kms NW of Tamworth & a 40 min drive. Keepit & Split Rock Dams are a 20-25 min drive.

Located not far from the confluence of Maules Creek and Namoi River, we have lots of birds and prime Ag land. Be active or relaxed as you like but note this is a working farm so dogs barking, dust rising and people laughing could be likely!
