Aisling House

This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Minutes to hunting perfection, dogs welcome, quiet

Home was built in 1918 and we have kept a lot of the original craftsmanship and charm. Vintage doors and flooring. A 5 minute drive to the Twin Lakes boat ramp, plenty of room for all of your toys. Boats, trailers, fifth wheel will all fit on this acre lot in quiet Jolley. Pheasant hunters and their dogs are welcome. Lots of great public hunting in Calhoun county. Great place to vacation in the summer or if you're looking to work remote for a week there is a dedicated work area and Wifi.

With 2 bedrooms and a queen-sized hide-a-bed, this cozy little place will comfortably sleep 5. This quiet neighborhood can be enjoyed hanging out on the front porch or out back on the patio. Washer and dryer downstairs if you need to do laundry and all the necessities to make a meal in the kitchen. Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

A seven mile bike path encircles the lake, also a 9 hole golf course, frisbee golf, fishing, boating and of course peace and quiet. The home is open concept with an 8 foot island accommodating 8, a lake side dining room, a TV room for the children and large living area with gas fireplace for adults.

Surrounded by trees and sitting on property overlooking the Des Moines River. Great for a little getaway or a great place to stay while working in the area! The fiber optic internet is outstanding! Equipped with kitchen, dining, and living area. Private bedroom with 2 queen beds. Bedding and towels provided. Wi-Fi provided with Smart TV. Located between Fort Dodge and Humboldt just southwest of Hwy. 169.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with soft water. Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on the second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.
