Come relax, sit by the fire pit, walk the dirt roads & trials! Walk 2 min. to the boat launch/swim area & enjoy the canoe. WIFI. 500 mbps. Yard: grill out, make s'mores by the fire pit, play horse shoes. Inside: play games, complete puzzles, cuddle up and watch movies. Outings: Antique Alley, Chucksters, Stonehouse Pond, Meadows State Park, Portsmouth,Concord. *Sleeps 4. *PET FEE $25 per dog/ night. 1-2 behaved dogs. If you’re looking for tranquility, this is the place. Our home offers a relaxing & private country setting. A fun getaway w friends & family, or just a romantic time . Our new 5 person hot tub adds so much needed relaxing time on a roof top deck. Game room & pool table fun too. Gunstock Mountain, Winnipesaukee, Alton Bay are great for trips. Barnstead has many year round activities such as snowmobiling, hiking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and lake fun. Lock lake & Suncook lake beaches nearby.

Lake Winnipesaukee House with Slip, Kayaks, Views!

This huge lakeside house is a great experience for all of your friends and family to enjoy all the New Hampshire lakes region has to offer. There is incredible nature all around! Completely renovated home with private beach and waterfront. The water drops off gently making it great for young children. Variety of rafts, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal and row boat available for use. Great fishing in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter. Outdoor deck is wonderful for entertaining.
