This luxury top floor apartment gives directly onto the lake and has it all: sweeping, unobstructed 360° lake and mountain views, two separate balconies, direct access to the lake shore and fast WiFi. Despite being just a few minutes walk from the centre and conveniently located on the main lake-side avenue, the apartment is quiet, peaceful and completely secluded. Guests are invited to take in the views through the huge triple aspect window as the sun rises over the Patagonian steppe and sets over the Andes.

Casa única, llena de detalles que harán que tu estadía sea inolvidable. Es cálida y moderna. Está ubicada en un entorno de paz y naturaleza. Te va a encantar mi espacio.Nuestro barrio se caracteriza por ser un lugar muy respetuoso por la naturaleza y las personas.A muy pocas cuadras de almacenes y provedurías.Estamos muy cerca del lago Gutierrez, de senderos, bosques y cascada. Construimos nuestra casa con mucho amor y creamos un lugar especial, donde todos nuestros húespedes se sienten a gusto

Cómodo, cálido y luminoso departamento con vista al lago y amplio parque, en un primer piso por escalera, ubicado a sólo 6 cuadras del centro de la ciudad. Sommier de 2 plazas o 2 de una plaza según sea su preferencia. Cama plegable adicional para un tercer pasajero (a petición). Se provee con ropa de cama, toallas y vajilla completa. Cocina con horno, microondas, heladera, cafetera, tostadora y elementos de cocina. El Baño cuenta con bidet y bañera. Dársena de estacionamiento frente al edificio

Beautiful front lake loft very modern and with lake access. It also has Incredible views from everywhere, specially the room! Just one step and you will get into the beach and the Nahuel Huapi! You will love it! You can try our Indoor Parrilla (Argentinian Barbecue) and learn to make an authentic Asado! Relax with Apple TV, or enjoy the 2 Kayak !! We also have a car for rental, with very special discount for our guests! You can get it in the property and leave it there....very comfortable!

Two Bedroom Appartment with lake view

This is a really wonderful studio with a nice view. Very modern and clean apartment, nicely heated. The building is really new and the studio is nicely decorated. The apartment is in good location. It's close enough to everything by bus and even walking, yet slightly away from the downtown area so it's not as noisy. It's also very close to the bus stop. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, nice decor with everything you need.The bathroom is really nice, and the bed is high quality.

Cozy Wood Cabin & Free bikes

Nice Quiet cabin ideal for a couple, host two people well . 80 MB FIBER OPTIC INTERNET We lend you 2 bikes to move 5 min walk to Natural Reserve: Hikes, mountains, rivers, skiing area, and MTB trails. Close to brewery, restaurant in front of the lake and 10 min bike ride to good food store. Great location close to Nat and not far from town. Public Bus to town is a block and a half from the cabin. We have a garden and a nice deck in sunny days. NO TV.

Nuestro loft, es un container reciclado y acondicionado con todas las comodidades de una casa. Está ubicado a unas 12 cuadras del Centro Cívico de Bariloche, rodeado de un bosque de cipreses y radales con un lindo jardín donde hay un chulengo donde hacer asados. El barrio es muy tranquilo, residencial, hay una pequeña plaza a media cuadra. Cuenta con todos los servicios básicos para una cómoda estadía. Hay un amplio espacio donde estacionar.

The charm of this house is immediately upon entering this modern space full of life, bathed in sun and light. The living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen share a completely open space with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi. The wooden deck is the perfect place to enjoy a magnificent patagonian sunset. THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR BABIES/CHILDREN AT THE INTERIOR STAIRS AND BOTH EXTERIOR DECKS.

Light and warmth in the heart of the city !!

Places of interest: public transportation, the city center and parks. You will love my place because of the atmosphere, the light, the neighborhood.
