Exclusive three bedroom apartment in the heart of Barcelona, located 3 minutes walk from the Sants Estacion. It features a modern open concept kitchen and living room opening into a beautiful patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee.The main bedroom has a spacious en suite bathroom. The second double bedroom opens onto the patio. The bathrooms feature a standing shower and amenities like hand soap, toilet paper and a hair drier. We provide bed linen and a set of towels for each guest(hand towel and shower towel) The modern kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to prepare a quick breakfast or any other meal. We provide some coffee, tea, sugar, salt so you don't have to worry about the essentials. This apartment is perfect for a group of quiet and responsible friends or a family with children. The double bedroom is facing the back patio so it will be the least affected together with the third bedroom(2 individual beds) which is interior. The master bedroom is facing the street so it will be the most affected by the noise. Please be advised and only book our flat during this period if you do not mind the Fiesta.

So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

The apartment design is Fashion and comfortable. The kitchen is Open style. fully equipments for cooking. with dishwasher oven and boiler. The washroom is dry and wet area separately. The balcony face to a big yard very quite and fresh air. All the facility in apartment. Pet not allowed.

Se encuentra al lado de la antigua cárcel, La Modelo, un lugar histórico de interés. A poca distancia a pie del recinto ferial de Montjuic y de la Plaza España. Perfectamente comunicado para explorar tanto la ciudad (al lado metro L5, llega a Sagrada Familia) como otros destinos de interés cercanos, desde la estación de Sants que se encuentra muy próxima al apartamento.
