Beasley Backwater Retreat on Lovely Lake Eufaula

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

Whether you are just passing through or booking for a fishing tournament, coming to town to do some hunting, we have you covered! We have a huge turnaround and parking for your boats. We are less than 2 miles from Lakepointe Marina and other drop ins to the lake. We are minutes from Spring Hill and surrounding areas for all of you that are coming to hunt. 3 miles from the historic town of Eufaula with restaurants and amenities. We are pet friendly! But we do not clean up after your pets.

We are located in White Oak Shores Property Owners on White Oak Creek on Lake Eufaula Alabama. Bass Capital of The World. Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Screened in porch with TV & pool table. Shelter for your boat with a bonus deck under the shelter. Community boat ramp. There are two guest passes on the island in the kitchen.

The Osprey

The Osprey is a cozy cottage with its own private dock and is nestled along the water front of Pataula creek at Lake Walter F. George, nationally recognized for it's great fishing. Spectacular views, peaceful surroundings, evening star gazing, and deer all year long grazing in the yard. Pataula State Park is 2 miles away for very convenient boat launching.

Stillwater Cabin

Nestled in the woods on a spring-fed pond that flows to the East Fork Choctawhatchee River, our newest addition—Stillwater Cabin—is a peaceful, cozy retreat.
