Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Venez découvrir la campagne Charentaise, au coeur du Vignoble Cognaçais, en Grande Champagne, au sein d'une exploitation viticole. Je mets à votre disposition un logement neuf de 50m² attenant à ma maison, mais totalement indépendant. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine familiale chauffée de mai à octobre. Suivant ma disponibilité, je me ferais un plaisir de vous faire visiter notre distillerie.
