There's always a sunrise and always a sunset and it's up to you to choose to be there for it.

My place is close to city center (2 min), parks, beaches (2 min by car or 10 min walking). Apartment has big balcony with sea view. It has fully equipped kitchen. Bus and train station - 5 min away by car, and one hour away from airports (transport from and to airport - extra charge). Parking in front of the building. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
