lokasi masih terbilang sangat dekat untuk ke pusat kota (stasiun YK, tugu jogja, malioboro), tidak sepi, namun suasana di sekitar rumah masih tenang. ada warmindo di sebrang villa, setelah keluar villa langsung jalan untuk lalu lalang. untuk villanya cukup lengkap dan nyaman disinggahi, ada kompor, mesin cuci, jemuran, setrika, hair dryer. disediakan handuk, body lotion, shampoo & sabun, sikat gigi, water heater berfungsi dengan baik, ac dingin, dan dibersihkan 2x untuk seluruh villa. diberikan juga complimentary berupa teh, kopi, mie instan, dan kue ringan. hostnya fast respond, ramah, & clear memberikan informasi untuk check in & out. def recommended.

Rumahnya sangat nyaman bersih wangi. Lingkungan enak. G terlalu jauh dari tempat wisata dan kuliner. Bu annisa sangat ramah respon cepet kalau ditanya. Pokoknya rekomen tempatnya. Batre kunci rumah low langsung diganti cepat. Terima kasih untuk layanan ya. Klo ke jogja bisa re order lagi

very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D

Villa bersih dan nyamam

I had an amazing stay at Abimanyu Surya's House Godean! The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and feels just like home. The amenities provided are top-notch, from kitchen utensils to a rice cooker, fridge, linens, fast wifi, and a smart TV. Everything is just perfect, making my stay extremely comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in Godean. Thanks

Stayed 3 nights. Husband and wife and 2 sons. The apartment is very spacious, clean, complete and strategic. The outer building looks old. But the whole area is quite clean. Clean lobby, clean corridors. There is a centralized rubbish bin outside the room so you don't need to go out and look for a rubbish bin. The receptionist is also friendly. The AC functions well in the bedroom and living room. Cutlery, complete kitchen equipment. Cleaning equipment is available. Lots of doormats. Clean bedroom. Blankets, bolsters pillow and bath towels are available. Clean refrigerator and microwave. The check in and check out process is easy and smooth. Strategic location. Many food places around the apartment. Parking is spacious. Children's favorite area is swimming pool. Mas Irwan as the host is very communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, wifi doesn't work at all. But that's okay, no big deal. We also don't spend all day in the apartment. This apartment is highly recommended for

Kamar cukup bersih dengan harga murah, banyak spot foto juga di area penginapan. Balkon enak buat ngobrol2 dan ngopi ngopi setelah seharian explore jogja.

Semua fasilitas berfungsi dengan baik. Peralatan dapur sangat lengkap. Ada cobek jadi bisa bikin sambel ulek. Walaupun gedung apart nya terasa seperti apart lama tapi unit apart milik ka mariana sangat terawat dan bersih.

I enjoyed the stay in this more local part of town. lots of shops and restayrants to eat from and buy groceries. best of all. view of the volcano from the balcony intetnet stability

lokasi dekat dengam berbagai kebutuhan : restoran, cafe, warung dan juga ada laundry, minimarket. di daerah yg ramai, namun trafik nya masih ok, unit bersih dan lengkap. tenang, dan nyaman. ada jendela. rekomen 👍👍

Host super responsif! kamarnya juga luas banget muat sama 5 orang, peralatan super lengkap, kamar bersih dan rapih. Fix bakalan balik lagi kalau nanti ke jogjaa!!

Very nice place to stay in Jogja, the area is very nice with many restaurants around, the view from the room is very beautiful with Merapi mountain. The hosts were very helpful, there were some issues with wifi and drainage, and they fixed it pretty quickly 👍🏻👍🏻

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans l'appartement de Tina. Il est grand, fonctionnel et très agréable. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. C'était très bien !

This is a great place to stay. The apartment is very clean and quiet and comfortable. The host is I very kind and supportive and responsive. The location is convenient enough, and there are many shops in the area. I especially liked having a gym and pool right there on the premises! I will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Salah satu alasan memilih apartemen Mba Sekar adalah adanya mesin cuci, penting banget kalau pergi dengan anak-anak kecil. Semua fasilitas lengkap bahkan hingga pewangi setrika, sapu lidi, dan jemuran beserta jepitannya. Mba Sekar dan Mas Bondan juga responsif, dan manual book yang disediakan detil dan informatif. Kolam renang juga sepi dan bersih, jadi anak anak juga nyaman berenang ;)
