Ideal for mid, long term stay, this peaceful place to relax with family is 3 mn walk from a sandy beach. Ban Krut is a small, friendly, quiet, spotless village. Seafood lovers welcome! Rooftop overseeing a coconut plantation & the beach, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom plus 1 guest bathroom. Sofa bed in the living room. Rooftop, outdoor seating/dinning area. Washing machine, Wifi, all electric cooking appliances (coocker, air fryer, rice coocker, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine).

Spacious 2-bedroom beach villa

An entire 2-bedroom house with air conditioning throughout for rent within a minute walk from the beach. The area is quiet and there are local shops and markets nearby. This self contained bungalow has it's own parking space so you will feel like staying in a home right next the beach. We partnered with a local restaurant who delivers meals to the house, subject to a small delivery charge. Thai & Western meals are cooked from fresh ingredients bought daily from the morning market in Bankrut.

The property for rent is composed of 3 houses that can be rent separately. The houses are located within the same fence/perimeter with a regularly managed garden out front. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
