ATV and snowmobile from here on fantastic statewide trail system. Groceries, restaurant and fuel 5 minutes away. Shin pond 30 miles-Milli Houlton, Lincoln 45 miles- Bangor 85 miles.

The cabin is completely furnished. Brand new appliances in the kitchen. As well as brand new washer and dryer. Laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets are also available. Access to Atv/Utv and snowmobile trails right from the driveway as well as access to Hunting and fishing. If you’re look for a place to hang out and unplug from the world for a while this could be the place for you. However if you are uncomfortable with hunting camp atmosphere this may Not be the place for you.

The property is connected to the local ATV and snowmobile trails and just one minute from the local grocery store and gas station. Home features a large fenced in backyard, fire pit and a pool table in the basement for entertainment. Kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig and complimentary K Cups. To keep the cost down, we don’t charge a cleaning fee so we just ask that you help us by tidying your way out.

This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.

This cabin provides 2 private rooms each with queen beds, a loft that has a queen and a full beds. The ATV trail runs through the property and a short distance to ITS trails. Sit on the deck and relax and watch nature come to you.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful new camp. Welcome to East Grand, a private year round waterfront, boat docking on site, swimming, boating, fishing, and ATV. Winter ice fishing, skating, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling. Plenty of parking. Good news for ice fishing, The Mill Yard will be renting ice shacks starting in 2027.
