Our bright and modern one bedroom apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore Royal Deeside! There is an abundance of leisure pursuits, fine dining and shopping on our door step! Walking/running/cycling/trails/hills/scenery/fishing/lochs and rivers/castles/road biking/mountain biking/ just relaxing!/amazing food and drink! We also have an electric car charging point should you wish to discuss car charging options. A few cupboards and drawers aren’t usable. Please do not open them

It's location is also ideal for those wishing to explore Deeside by foot or on bike. It even has secure bike storage on site. And a number of shops & amenities within walking distance. A 2 bedroom semi detached villa on the outskirts of Banchory 40 minutes drive from Aberdeen city centre and airport. Set in a quiet and exclusive development in the beautiful, relaxing countryside of Royal Deeside, next to the 9 hole Queens Course of Inchmarlo Resort. Surrounded by beautiful walks, castles, golf, fishing, distilleries and more. A 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the centre of Banchory the villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, flat screen TV and patio with table and chairs.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home.
