The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Myrtle's Place - Cosy Cottage near Banbridge.

Myrtle's Place is a traditional, well equipped two bedroom annex with ample parking in a rural setting. 5 miles north of Banbridge; 30 mins south of Belfast and 5 minutes off the A1, it offers a central country base for catching up with family, exploring Co. Down and Belfast. A good stopping point travelling from Dublin to Belfast, the Giant's Causeway or North Coast. A short drive from Linen Mill Game of Thrones Studio at the Boulevard Banbridge and 14 miles from seaside Newcastle.

Drumena Cottage

Drumena Cottage, built in traditional Irish style, is a truly peaceful and comfortable getaway, with stunning views of the beautiful mountains of Mourne. Situated only minutes away from Castlewellan and Tollymore Forest Parks, it is surrounded by fields and its own expansive garden, with its own private off-the-road parking. Drumena Cottage is now fondly known as home of 'Dear Imelda', a wonderful, heartwarming short movie, set in the beautiful Kingdom of Mourne, now streaming on Disney+.

Our place is aTourist Board accredited farmhouse, close to the Dromara Hills, Slieve Croob Scenic Loop, Newcastle, Castlewellan Forest Park, Mourne Mountains, Hillsborough. The accommodation is 2 stories, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs (2 double and a twin bedroom). Downstairs is kitchen/ living room, separate sitting room and toilet/ shower room. Spacious yard is great for parking. We welcome couples, business travellers, families, pets, golfers, film crews, walkers and cyclists

Story 1/2 Full house, 6 bedrooms can sleep up to 12, Hot tub, Mancave/ pool area in garage. Perfect location for visiting the Mournes 5 mins drive from Newcastle, 5 mins drive from castlewellan, waking distance to Tollymore & Trassey car park ( Where games of thrones was filmed). 2 mins or less drive to Ott Car park. This house is state of the art and only newly renovated to the highest spec Coin operated pool table takes 10,20, 50ps & £1s. Fully private parking can hold multiple vehicles

Hot Tub at Heather Cottage with Mountain Views

Bask in uninterrupted views of the Mourne Mountains from the private hot tub, have a BBQ on the patio in the enclosed garden. Play foosball in the games room and, after a long day exploring, soak upstairs in the claw-foot bathtub. Catering for six people the house has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room, games room, downstairs toilet and utility/boot-room. Upstairs there is the main bathroom, master bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom.

Hillhead Country Retreat

Come to this quiet country retreat to relax, unwind and take in the beautiful scenery of the majestic Mourne Mountains. If you want to explore the surrounding area, Newcastle, is only 13 miles away; Tullymore Forest park 13 miles; Castlewellan Forest park 9 miles and a recently established Red Kite Retreat only 1 mile away. If you like a bargain then the Boulevard shopping centre is 11 miles away. From there you can travel by shuttle bus to the famous Game of Thrones studio.

The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. Not suitable for children under 5 years. this must be previously booked

The cottage is located a stones throw from the beach, with stunning views looking over Strangford Lough and the Mourne Mountains. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.
