Sunset cottage is a perfect getaway for couples exploring the beauty of North and Middle Caicos. Just a short walk to Mudjin Harbour and Dragon Cay and steps away from the beach, trails and restaurant. This studio cottage has a large screened porch with sun-loungers and breathtaking views of the island's northern shoreline Our resort guests can enjoy an on-site manager service and concierge, housekeeping service for longer stays (4 days or more) and a small sundries shop available.

Gated Condo in Grace Bay/ Short Walk to Everything

This studio in Grace Bay offers comfort and convenience. It's a few minutes walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and a medical center. The Caicos Key condo is new and includes a 55-inch smart TV with Fire Stick, fast Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer combo. For your security, the property has a smart lock and is gated. Guests can also use the swimming pool and BBQ area. We aim to make your stay comfortable and can provide anything you need on demand.

A studio with king size bed, private bath & outdoor shower. There is no kitchen. Kayaks and snorkel gear included.

This is a recently renovated end unit in a 6-plex, offering a perfect place to relax and chill. It is two stories, with bedrooms and bath on the upper story. Bottle Creek Retreat Apartment

Our one bedroom apartment is set underneath the main house with its own private access and screened-in deck complete with a gas BBQ, surrounded by the lovely local vegetation and our swimming pool and sun deck. The apartment has a near constant breeze coming through from Bottle Creek which is only a few minutes walk away, making it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, bonefishing or swimming. We are also a five minute drive from the nearest beach.

Escape to the untouched beauty of North Caicos, just a 30-minute ferry ride from Providenciales, where you'll find our secluded beachfront duplex condo offering a taste of the wild Caribbean. North Caicos is a quick jaunt from the hustle and bustle of Providenciales. My place is just a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Grace Bay beach. Absolutely great spot to walk to many restaurants, bars, casino, grocery store and shopping centre at Salt Mills. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhoods and quiet area. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travellers.
