beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Kastanjegården har ett underbart fritt läge alldeles i närheten av Ystad - Österlens oändliga sandstränder, vandringsleder samt kulturutbud. Här kan ni välja mellan allt det som har gjort Österlen till en mytomspunnen plats med tillgång till livets goda. Här får ni tillgång till en mycket trevlig och ombonad gästlägenhet mitt i Österlens hjärta. Lägenheten har ett sovrum med tillhörande toalett och dusch, ett stort allrum med två sängar samt ett välutrustat kök. Uteplats med grillmöjligheter.

Liten mysig fiskelänga med strandtomt och hänförande utsikt över havet. Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandbar, som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går längs denna väg.

Nach liebevoller detailgetreuer Sanierung sind 6 Ferienwohnungen im Stile von Reihenhäusern entstanden. Die zur Gartenseite gelegene Wohnung 4 bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Auf zwei Etagen mit großem Garten und einer Terrasse finden sich genug Rückzugsorte, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Ein großer Kamin bietet an den kälteren Tagen gemütliche Wärme. Der Plauer See ist ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen, wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangebote in der süßen Altstadt von Plau am See.

Fahr ans Meer. Mache Ferien in einem ehemaligen Schulhaus. Unser 100 Jahre altes Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf auf Westrügen, einer der weniger touristischen Ecken Rügens. Wenn Du Lust auf Natur und Ruhe hast, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Kleine Ausflüge nach Hiddensee, Kap Arkona oder einfach einen langen Spaziergang zum Meer und abends in der Sonne auf unserem Hof sitzen oder im Winter den Kachelofen anmachen und einen Tee genießen.
