Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly holiday home. Set in its own private grounds with Summer house and Lazy Spa. This Sleep 10 property is an ideal base for exploring Northern Ireland. We are close to the villages of Ballyronan, Coagh & the town Magherafelt. Only 45 Minutes from Belfast, 50 Minutes from Portrush and aprox 2 hours from Dublin. Having a small wedding, perfect location. We just had our first wedding here and it looked beautiful. The Barn at Rose Lodge is a compact accommodation, a short distance from Magherafelt town centre. Guests are welcome to use the spacious garden at Rose Lodge. Magherafelt has some of the best sporting facilities on the Island of Ireland, including a 50 metre pool, large indoor arena, running track and 4G pitch. Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

Gracehill Cottage

Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Hillview House - N.Irish Tourist Board Certified

Cosy two bedroom traditional Irish cottage. Bedrooms accessed off the living room with its farmhouse style range cooker. Master Bedroom: dressing room and cosy king-size bed. Bedroom Two: 2 double beds, a very spacious and bright room with 2 windows overlooking the garden. Kitchen is traditional and has all mod cons and dining space for 6 people. Bathroom is at the rear of the cottage and has an electric shower over the bath. Outdoor garden and parking space is at the front of the house.

Marina House on the shores of Lough Neagh

Facing out onto Ballyronan’s blue flag beach, the Marina house offers a spacious and family-friendly accommodation in a well-serviced small village. A short walk along the footpath will take you to the shop, post office, cafes, pubs and takeaway. Spend your days kayaking on the lough or captaining the pirate ship at the brand new play park. Have a picnic on the green or take a stroll through the 5-acre woodland trail. The Marina House is the perfect place for your family getaway!

Craigs Rock Cottage Cookstown

Situated on the edge of the village of Orritor, approx 3 miles from Cookstown, Craigs Rock Cottage has an ideal central location for exploring Northern Ireland. The cottage boasts green field views, two separate living areas, BT TV, open fire, free WiFi, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided. There's a local shop with a deli-counter providing daily hot and cold food along with a sit in restaurant just a 5 minute walk away.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Luxurious Converted Old Victorian Bank Building

Built in 1835 and previously the local bank, this unique property has been transformed into a magnificent, luxurious period family home. The spacious accommodation is spread over the top two floors of the building and is brimming with antiques and period features. Located between the foothills of the Sperrin's and the shores of Lough Neagh, it is an ideal base for exploring Mid-Ulster and Northern Ireland as a whole.
