'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Renovated barn from early 1800's finished to a very high standard with a mix of modern and traditional design. Ideally located on West coast of Isle of Man, along a private drive off the main TT course approx 1/4 mile off main road. Comfortably accommodates 4 people in 2 ensuite bedrooms. Plenty of off road parking and private outdoor patio and garden to relax. Electric car charger point and bike storage available.

Ballaugh is quiet village located on the west side of the island but within walking distance of an excellent bus service, local pub, well stocked shop, church, beach and some beautiful country walks. This ensuite room is adjoining the main house but in its own separate annex which offers its own entry and exit and as such guests are free to come and go as they please with their own keys for privacy and added security.
