Picture this: arrive in Seattle and arrive at your condo for 3 pm check in looking straight at the Public Market sign with signature clock (which fortunately I saw on the last day of my stay at 5:50 am when I thought I set my alarm for 5:30 am but it was set for pm!). Drop our family bags and head down to the Market to find inspiration for dinner tonight. Buy great produce and seafood, two kinds of cool pasta, and a humbow to tide me over, go back up to the condo in 20 steps, welcome a few friends and family who chat and laugh and drink while they help me make dinner. So fresh, so real, so perfect in this condo right by the Market that is decked out in all the things needed to cook a great dinner and enjoy time together while ogling the fabulous Seattle waterfront. And that was just day one. Our host Taylor was easily reachable by text anytime we had a question or issue, and so kind and warm. Even helped us idiots figure out that the living room couch was a bed for our 6’4” son

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Ian's place was great. We enjoyed spending our evenings with family after the days adventure. The pool house and outside patio are amazing we all really enjoyed it. The house has anything you need and communication with Ian was prompt and easy. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

I would definitely come back and stay here it’s a beautiful home with all you need when you need to stay close to airport. Super clean, comfortable, nice design, cozy, Host had some snacks for us which were super helpful as our flight landed late at night. Everything was really nice I would just ask the host to reply my messages that I had been sending a day before for clearer instructions on how to get in.

I cannot say enough good things about our hosts but also to their cleaning team! House was very homey, lots of extra bedding and towels. All the kitchen things needed to cook big meals for my family! And wow! The games and being baby friendly was so nice! The scenery beautiful and private location! I would recommend anyone with a family to book this home and don’t look elsewhere!

My friends and I ADORED this Air BnB. A beautiful home in a beautiful Seattle neighborhood. It was a very functional and fun space to host a weekend away—kitchen well equipped for cooking, plenty of beds, great outdoor space. Sam was an excellent host who was responsive, accommodating, and communicative. Would definitely book this place again!

A lovely lake house under beautiful NW trees. Amazing views and access to the lake with sitting areas in the yard and on the deck with a pristine hot tub. The house had roomy sitting areas, great kitchen with all the kitchenware and appliances you need, convenient laundry room with washer and dryer. A woodsy hideaway but super close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to return!

Great location for where it’s at. Honestly, my favorite part about the house was the bed. It was so comfortable. Honestly, I need to ask where you guys got your pillows from I need those at home. Overall, the house was nice and minimalistic. I think the only tiff I would have is getting accustom to the parking. Otherwise our stay was amazing and very easy. Very walkable to diners and ice cream shop and food.

Had a great stay! The house was spacious and perfect for my college friends + SOs to gather for a weekend together. The common spaces could accommodate our full group, which was something that was important to us. And the # of separate bedrooms allowed people to still have some privacy if needed. It's a quiet and lovely neighborhood that's relatively close to downtown. I'd definitely stay again!

Larisa's home is beautiful, cozy, clean, spacious and stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home away from home. I highly recommend this home if you have a large group that needs to be comfortable.

With a daughter in Florida and a son in Bellingham this Ballard home was the perfect spot to gather! We had so much fun walking to the pubs in Ballard with lots of time to explore the farmer’s market. Highly recommend staying with Joel and Sarah!

We didn’t want to leave! Carter’s home is amazing in so many ways. There is everything you might want in the immaculately clean house, and then more. The view is incredible, we had as much fun enjoying the view on our ‘rest’ day as we did exploring things in the city. As hosts ourselves, we appreciate detailed communication, and Carter provides detailed information about everything in his home! We will certainly return when we come back to the area.

This is a truly magical space. Our group of friends created forever memories over our annual weekend gathering this year. Words and pictures don’t do it justice. The chorus of the frogs from the cedar tub was fantastic. Thank Mathew!!

We booked Susu's place last minute due to water damage in our home. We stayed almost 3 weeks. It's a huge place, nicely situated off a quiet road. It was far more space than we needed, but the location made it worthwhile. The kitchen was well equipped. One thing worth knowing: the mother-in-law unit in the basement is rented out separately. Voices carry up from there incredibly clearly, so you feel like you're living with other people. None of the guests were terribly noisy, luckily. Despite that small issue, we would happily stay here again.

Such a wonderful cabin. It was super cozy and was the perfect get-a-way for our fam of 3 + 1 dog. For a place that is dog friendly, you could not tell! It was super tidy and clean and simple. Fished right off the beach, had fires and also appreciated the tv for movies at night and games. It’s in the description, but just make note of the pathway down! It’s well maintained, but if it’s rainy it can be a little slick. It definitely would not deter us from coming back but if you have a hard time mobility wise, it would be trickier! This place is 10/10

This is the perfect Air BnB experience we all want! This little house is so comfortable and comforting. Beautiful, well appointed, with a great host. We are here in winter, yet the garden is a joy. We will absolutely stay again, hopefully in Spring/Summer to enjoy all the Red Cedar Grove Retreat has to offer.

Anne and Darrick have such a wonderful and peaceful place! One of the more professional ran places, that feels more like home! Their instructions are helpful and with some great humor! Very clean and safe space!

I work for a vacation rental company, so my standards are extremely high. Steve and Laura literally thought of everything for their cottage. Every thoughtful touch you could think of. We walked in and they had numerous snacks, cereal and bottled water waiting for us. The sheets were soft, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. They had soft towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. They had all the streaming channels and it was already signed into their account, so we didn't have to spend the time signing into each account. The outside was manicured and they had a nice little deck. It took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach and there's numerous restaurants and a great Ben and Jerry's ice cream store attached to a coffee house. You have a view of the Cascades from the ocean and 3 miles down is a view of the Seattle skyline with an incredible 5 star restaurant called Salty's. Please know that weekend traffic is very, very busy so be patient. We can't wait to book this gem again.
