River House 97 je luksuzno opremljena dvospratna kuca,gdje se nalazi sa desne strane rijeke Bojane,400m od mosta.Kuca je opremljena sa svim dodatnim inventarom, gdje u prizemlju u dnevni boravak ima TV sa 200 kanala,wi-fi,kuhinja sa trepezarijom,sporetom, friziderom,rostil,toster,kupatilo sa ves masinom, peglom,terasom sa 60m2 i dodatnom mini kuhinjom,sa trepezarijom i ljezajkama. U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

Our Piece of Dream was designed to offer not just accommodation, but a truly unique experience. Staying here feels like living in a cozy wood cabin, with the breathtaking view of a mountain retreat and the intimacy of the forest, blending rustic charm with modern convenience. Guests are welcome to play with our Bernese Mountain Dogs, and families with children will also find a safe and fun playground space to enjoy. Our complex includes two houses: Piece of Heaven and Piece of Dream.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. at the terras we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober
