Lovely central New condo

Feel comfortable at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Furnished in November 2023, on the walking distance from the Military Technical Academy, with excellent access to the old city center (12-15 minutes by bus/tram), fast foods in the neighborhood, and bus line in front of the building connecting with the city center, and the Old Center, the condo will be your perfect point to start exploring the city. Fast WI-FI, and Disney+, independent heating, AC will make your stay comfortable.
