The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Book your cosy winter getaway or summer pool side resort stay with us in this brand new pool house with everything you need to be super relaxed and comfortable. Located just 20 minutes from the beach, city, hills and Swan Valley Wine Region, the house offers a full kitchenette and outdoor bbq, plenty of sitting, dining and relaxing choices. Have a luxury bath or shower followed by a quiet, private relax in your very own pool house. We are also family friendly and can arrange extra bedding.

Modern new 1-bed unit in Landsdale, attached to the main house with private entrance. Features air-con, comfy recliner, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & fresh linens. Ideal for couples, solo or business stays. Great location: Facing Alexander Drive (you may hear some traffic when in the living room.) 2km to shops, <20km to Perth CBD & Swan Valley & airport, <15km to Joondalup & beaches. A cozy, well-equipped retreat close to everything! No smoking inside the premises.

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Apartment in North Beach

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This new one-bedroom freestanding apartment is perfect for a couple or a single. Sorry, but it is not suitable for babies or children. The large separate bedroom features a king size bed overlooking a deck. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area, bathroom and separate laundry. It is comfortable, quiet and secure with a gated entrance and conveniently located short walk from beaches and local cafes/restaurants.

This self-contained studio runs alongside our home, where we live with our 2 dogs who are likely to greet you. It offers privacy, garden views and all the facilities you will need to enjoy your stay. It is light, bright and on a quiet street, ideal for leisure/work with fast Wifi. It is centrally located; 10 mins drive to the ocean, 15 mins to the city and 20 mins to the Swan Valley wine region.
