This Villa is ready for you for all sorts of grounding. The villa is also powered by solar, an essential to have in our area.

Located right on Lipit Beach—a quiet playground for the soul surfers & friendly locals, it is an ideal getaway for families, but solo travelers and couples would feel at home too. Enjoy an exclusive stay right on the beach, with the convenience of amenities of a home.

Beach house in Baler (beachfront location)

Please indicate total number of people to see rate. AC rooms have their own bathrooms with hot/cold shower. There is a functional kitchen with basic condiments, and a spacious living area. Wifi is via Starlink. A standby generator is available for power outages (but not for ACs, please manage expectations.) Booked guests can use the resort's pool and amenities. Pets allowed (with requirements). Please note that extra beds are floor mattresses. Kindly clean up before checking out.

Our beach front house is located right in Sabang Beach Baler. We have our own private swimming pool. The house is only a short walk to major restaurants and hotels in the area. It comfortably fits ten people and is perfect for big groups. We also have a karaoke machine for guests to use.
