The Ridge

A cute cabin getaway in the heart of lake Benton, Minnesota located right beneath “Hole In The Mountain” state park. There is access to horse tails near by and walking distance from the cozy gem of a town. The lake is directly in front of the cabin and has public access right down the road. This is the perfect budget friendly get away for a family or a great place to lodge for hunting and fishing. Great in the summer and the winter! Keyless Entry & WiFi, Roku TV. Off Street Parking & street parking. Please note that this home does not have cable . Only a few minutes to Lake Yankton, Camden State Park and Garvin Park. Note that we are 20 minutes from every other town, so please do not book with the intention of a 3 star due to location :).

Historic 1880 Settler Cabin, Merryweather Farm

Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

The Stella house is old, unique, and has a lot of history. We hope you will appreciate the furnishings that match the era of a 100+ year old house. Close to many of the area's popular attractions like the Laura Ingalls Wilder Trail/Museum and Pipestone Monument. This small town has a great small lake with lakeside park and public access. Close to Marshall, MN and Lake Shetek. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful, historic home that oozes with character.
