HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. My accommodation is good for couples, and business travelers . The apartment has a garden with a table and some chairs. There is the possibility of parking for 10 euros per day.

The apartment is located in a quiet and non-touristic neighborhood. Although it is well connected to the center and has basic shops. It is an area with streets that go up and down and the building have not elevator. To take into account for families with young children and older people. It is important to respect the rest of the neighbours from 22h to 8h.
