This was an incredible place to stay in Aveiro. Loved everything about it. If you have even the slightest interest in art, design, film, history, culture and the legacy of an amazing family and cannot recommend it enough. Our host Liliana was so welcoming and we felt immediately comfortable and at home. Would love to come back and stay longer!

Exatamente o que estava a procura, um quartinho cômodo com casa de banho equipada com todos os necessarios, cama muito confortável , mesmo sendo pequeno, o espaço é muito bem aproveitado e com excelente staff para ajudar no check in. Recomendo.

certamente uma das melhores hospedagens que eu fiz. o apto é de fácil acesso, limpo, confortável e exatamente como descrito. a localização é excelente, com fácil acesso à pé aos principais pontos interessantes e turísticos da cidade. próximo à ria, ao teatro, aos museus, igrejas, restaurantes.... enfim 15 dias muito bem hospedado, passeando sem gastar com transporte. quanto ao atendimento de Ana Catarina e David João, também o melhor que já tive. Anfitriões profissionais e muito humanos... recomendo demais a hospedagem.

Le logement d'Alvaro est parfait pour passer quelques jours. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Bien que le logement soit au rez de chaussée sur une rue très passagère, le double vitrage atténue bien le bruit. Le seul bémol est le stationnement. J'ai tourné 2 H15 avant de trouver une place. Après je n'ai plus bougé. Mais le centre ville est accessible à pied en 30 ou 40 minutes. Donc une fois qu'on a trouvé une place on n'a plus besoin de la voiture. En décembre il ne fait pas très chaud et le seul radiateur du studio a du mal à chauffer la pièce. Ce ne sont que des petits détails. Sinon tout était parfait. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas rencontré Alvaro, puisque c'est un système de boîte à clés. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Qu’est ce que ça fait plaisir d'être accueilli par Paulo et pas pas une boîte à clé! Il a été top pour les recommandations afin de nous faire partager un peu se son amour pour Coimbra. L’appartement est grand, très agréable, donne sur une avenue principale bien animée par la musique de rue pour notre plus grand plaisir. Merci !

I loved the place and the area. The waves are amazing and there are plenty of nature walks around. Orlando is a very warm, welcoming, helpful and proactive host. There are some things to know: It’s under the eaves so some places are very low height. There are skylights but no windows in the room. There’s a big step to get into the building, then some stairs, elevator only goes to 3 floor so you need to walk up the last flight. I couldn’t find any buses that serviced the area, I like to walk but it will take you 40 minutes to walk into town or 20 to walk to the next town over that has bus service. If you drive, this is not a problem. I would warmly recommend it.

It was lovely even in fall with rain on and off to have the big terrace and hearing the waves. It’s small but very well laid out. You have everything you need. Carlos is super responsive and helps with everything you need. Including getting a car for me, to get to the next town, as Uber was not available.

Отличное место! Расположение очень хорошее, тихий и очень чистый район. Все красивые места в пешей доступности. Очень уютный и красивый район. Также стоит отметить террасу в апартаментах. Терраса очень просторная и приятная. По вечерам очень уютно сидеть там. Также стоит отметить что хозяин очень приятный и открытый человек. В общем все очень понравилось !

kleines aber praktisches Appartement mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den See. die Wohnung liegt neben der Uni und somit ein bisschen ausserhalb von Aveiro, Aveiro ist aber mit den zu Verfügubg gestellten Fahrrädern schnell und auf schönem Weg erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehrsympatisch und die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei.

Accueil très agréable, ici notre dicton « le client est roi » est tout à fait justifié. Les jeunes femmes qui s’occupent d’accéder aux désirs et souhaits des clients, sont toujours disponibles, souriantes et parlent français ou font tous les efforts nécessaires pour que la communication passe. Cadre exceptionnel, appartement très agréable, J’y reviendrai avec plaisir et le conseille chaleureusement

Beautiful, nicely equipped place across the street from a pretty, small park. Extremely clean and with super comfortable beds. We arrived late and Joel directed us to a nice little restaurant a couple of blocks away. I wish we had been able to stay longer because it is a beautiful area with a laundry and pastelaria and a lovely church just a few steps away from the apartment. Thanks again!

A nossa estadia foi curta mas de certo que queremos repetir. A receção foi muito atenciosa e informativa. Em termos de localização não deve haver melhor, conseguimos ir a todo o lado a pé. O apartamento é muito bom, limpo e arrumado.
