The house is private and is spread over two floors connected by a spiral staircase. The heart of the home is the large, bright living room, furnished with a chaise lounge sofa, a double sofa bed, a rattan set with table, and comfortable loungers with cushions. The dining table seats up to eight people, and the 50” Smart TV with Netflix included makes even the quietest evenings enjoyable. The real “wow effect” comes when you open the French door: from the living room and from one of the double bedrooms, you can step out onto the sea-view terrace, furnished to be enjoyed from morning to evening, with a dining table, comfortable chairs, an outdoor sofa, and sun loungers with premium mattresses. From here, you can then walk directly down to the sand, where the property provides an umbrella and two additional sun loungers for your use. The house has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one room with two single beds that can be joined together, perfect for children or friends.
