Comfortable, cozy place, very friendly host that respond quickly, nagbabrown out lang every wednesday na hindi na banggit sa amin and nag down din ang generator ng mismong building before kami mag check out kaya hindi na enjoy ang last day, plus recommended na mag self check in dahil mainipin ang isa nilang staff ,Tin is her name. I have no complaint to the host and the place, will still recommend sa mga friends ko, iwas lang sa date ng brown out and may attitude na staff.

The Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi were great additions for unwinding after a day of exploring. The swimming pool was an excellent amenity, though the additional fee and towel policy are worth noting for future visitors. Parking wasn't included, but the host communicated this upfront. Overall, the unit was a great choice for a short getaway, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

The location was conspicuous - as it was located behind Cosmopolitan Hotel, it was easy to locate. We didn’t drive for this trip, so we had to rely on public transportation; however, there was a lot of confusion as to what to ride especially en route to the unit, so we ended up riding taxi’s instead. If you’re planning to commute and are on a tight budget, I recommend maybe asking Dexter about the jeepney’s first. Anyhow, Dexter was responsive — in fact, he was very prompt and polite. I love that his instructions are clear re: check-in/out + going to the location, house rules, etc. My friends love to cook, so we appreciate the availability of kitchen utensils in the unit exactly as advertised. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the neighbourhood seemed quiet and safe all through our stay.

Great Host. good and chill atmosphere. as long as you follow the instructions the place is very easy to find and also accessible to public transport.. we used a combination of jeepney and taxi if we came home very late. and it was very affordable. the place is spotless and clean the ambiance is great for a peaceful and relaxing stay. you'll hear the running water of the little river behind the place and it really helped me calm down and sleep through the night. 24hr running water and water heater for the shower. 100/10 will comeback and rent again when I come back to Baguio.

Maganda ang place malamig at nakatulog rin kami ng maayos. Malinis ang place at safe kasi nasa loob ng gate my cctv pa. Also the location malapit lang sa city proper at madali magcommute along the way lang kasi ng taxis.

Place is easy to find and near to all the tourist spots. Unit overall is very clean and peaceful. We’re also able to use parking space and guards are very accommodating. Easy to communicate with the host, with complete instructions. No hassle at all. Will surely book this unit again and refer this to friends.

We love our stay in this accommodation. The place feels very cozy. The host greeted us assisted us upon check in. The balcony has a great mountain view. We cooked our dinner and breakfast, and they also provided complimentary coffee. They have complete amenities. The fireplace is very useful at night. We recommend this place to our friends and family. Looking forward to our next staycation

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Tony’s. At first we were confused with the Airbnb stated address, we got lost a bit, but luckily Sir Tony was responsive and able to guide us smoothly. Good location with private parking. You can also opt to take taxi as there are taxi bay right when you exit their residence. Place was spacious and tidy Will definitely consider rebooking. ☺️

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb in Baguio! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised—what you see is what you get. The cold weather added to the charm, and we loved that it was pet-friendly. It’s also conveniently close to Outlook Drive, where you can find great restaurants. While the road leading to the house was a bit bumpy, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Sir Alvin was very responsive to my questions, and Ate Ami was incredibly kind. Overall, it was a great stay! Highly recommended!

We have stayed in established hotels and wanted to try out vacation houses. And this place is very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Just the cozy design of the place is top notch and match to the Baguio feeling. The owners/staffs are very helpful and we can see that they care not just because it is their job, but since they genuinely want to make the stay worth it and linked towards the hospitality of the locals. My family was just very comfortable and happy during our stay. For sure we will stay here again next time we will be back in baguio. 100% RECOMMENDED if your plans is to unwind and have fun.

Peaceful neighborhood, nice location, great Mountain View, spacious place and a nice outdoor area Stairs going up to unit, just take note of that especially if you are with seniors. I booked Joan’s place for my mom’s short vacation with her siblings. They had nothing but high praise for Joan’s place. It is perfect for big families, and the best part is that all rooms have their own toilets and bathrooms. The house is very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. They had a fun and relaxing stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was responsive before and throughout our stay. We requested to check in an hour earlier, and the host approved our request. Our family of 14 fit comfortably — the house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and essentials like towels, shampoo, dishwashing soap, and garbage bags were also provided, making our stay very convenient. There were a few minor issues: one bathroom had a leaking bidet and slow floor drainage, and in the other bathroom, the shower stopped working. Also, the house was a little tricky to find at first — the subdivision has many entrances and pathways, which can be confusing for first-timers. Despite these, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. We checked out an hour early the next day without any problems. Overall, the house was great and perfect for big groups. Would definitely recommend!

The place was clean and is big enough for 6 people. The location is also great, not to near, not to far from the city center. The parking slot is also relatively near the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the unit! The parking was super convenient since we had a designated spot provided by the owner. The unit itself was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed, which made it so much easier for us, especially with a toddler in tow. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they even had kid-friendly plates, spoons, and forks! The owner was also very accommodating — even when we had to call late at night, they were quick to assist. We highly recommend this place for a worry-free stay with a nice view.

Celine was super accommodating! Seriously, it was so easy to deal with her. We went to Northern Blossom but didn’t realize it was closed on Sundays. Told Celine we will probably go back to Northern Blossom Monday morning and we were not sure if we will be able to check out at 12pm. Celine immediately made some arrangements and gave us until 1pm to check out. She’s so responsive, the unit is so clean and very homey. Great view, elevator is just one step away and same with the parking!! We will probably come back to Celine’s place in the future! Thanks much, Celine ☺️

We stayed for 5days and 4nights during the holy week. The host is very responsive to the queries. She kept in touch even before we arrive in the unit. The place is located close to most of the attractions. 5-10 min walk to SM, Cathedral, Burnham and Session. Challenging hike up but manageable. The unit is very clean, fresh new linens and towels. It matched the photos from the actual. Complete dining utensils and basic kitchenware. We highly recommend the unit. Very comfortable and cozy. Even with electricfan, it feels like we have an aircon. Thank you for having us! Will definitely go back again.

Upon our entrance, the host was already there to welcome us and informed us about rules and regulations not just about the room but also about Baguio, which was very informing especially knowing about Baguio’s car coding, saving us from the trouble. The unit was very homey and very clean. It has the complete necessities you’ll ever need especially in the kitchen with its microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and electric stove. (appreciate the complementary coffee, dish soap, hand soap, and drinking water). The faucets and shower also has a built-in heater. We didn’t had any issues while we were staying. The view in the balcony is also very nice as you can see a glimpse of Baguio’s landscape. You can also access the view deck for a much more experience on sightseeing. Overall it was a very nice stay 🤗 Thank you!

We stayed at Jenny's for 6D.. Loved the place cause it away from the pollution of Baguio City. Not only that but the place is quiet, the neighbors are well-mannered. The entire building ( DMCI property) is well maintained. The guards also are very adept to possible incidents, like when we decided to go up sa top floor to do our daily walks, talagang nag check din sila.... They also have gym, which my kids loved doing their daily routines. Small pay lang to maintain one's wellness... The laundry people are also friendly and accommodating... One thing though, since the unit is just next to the major road, I have had 2-3 sleepless nights. Due to the noise of the trucks.. But got over it though after a while. It also lacks something to hang your clothes to 'cause the only one cabinet was used for storing things exclusively to Jenny and team ( hope you can add a hanging rack Jen!). and! Jenny's place is pet friendly, a very plus point for us pet lovers. OVERALL, we will go back. DEFINITELY!
