Our family had a very relaxing stay at this lovely home. It is Senior and PWD friendly. Complete with all amenities needed from cooking utensils to bathroom towels to even wood for the fireplace and bonfire. They provide free drinking water and coffee as well. Would have been perfert if all lights are working. But nonetheless, it was a great place to stay in Baguio. Planning our next trip again to Baguio and definitely looking forward to staying at this lovely home again.

My Wife and I and our company enjoyed our stay felt at home with more than 10-20 pax accommodations plenty of space toilets huge dining room and living space. The house has many characters inviting to relax and pleasantry mood. Would be back again. Give it a try and Oh bring towels! We forgot on this trip!

Had encounter issue on water when we arrived but was immediately solve. The place is hilly and needs an expert driver. And overall, the place is good

You can say that the place is really clean just from the smell itself, even in the bathroom. It's convenient as well, the kitchenware is complete from the cookware to the utensils. There's also toilettries and towels provided, as well as drinking water and clean refrigerator with big freezer. There's a convenient store, small sari-sari store and bakery in the area - but they are close every Sunday. Parking is also provided, but it's kind of hard to maneuver - which was reminded ahead of time. It is also better if they had at least a toilet upstairs so there's no need to go down in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The owner is considerate as well because she waived the extra payment for the child. Overall, we are satisfied on our 3D2N stay. The rate is really worth it. The house is very spacious, it is recommendable to big set of friends or family. We will surely come back again soon.

My family loved Janet’s place! I wish we could have stayed longer. Ate Abby was very helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to make our stay very comfortable and feel at home. Thank you Ate Abby! You’re the best! 🥰🥰🥰

Had a great stay. The place is clean. Super strict lang talaga because it's subdivision, medyo nagkaproblem lang kami pagpasok because bawal daw ang transient, yun lang yung naging problem but the place is clean and feels like home. Sana next time may TV na 😅

Wesley’s place was more than what we expected. The house itself is very beautiful. The space is big enough to accommodate families and groups. We were a family of 5 and 3 small dogs and we still had so much space to move around. The bedrooms were tidy , sheets smell good, bathroom was clean and the kitchen is equipped with appliances that will make your stay really comfortable. Big shout out also to Ate Jocelyn for being so responsive. She also gave us tips on the best route to take to avoid traffic since it was the final week of Panagbenga. Overall, Wesley’s place gets a 5 star from me and my family.

Great place was able to book right away. Not noise proof because it's beside the road but it's understandable if you want a convenient location but the place is big for what you pay. Thank you!

Stayed for 3D2N and here’s what we observed: PROS: ✅ Very accessible to public transpo since it’s 3min walk from the terminal ✅ The host was very accommodating and responsive to all of our queries and requests ✅ Free drinking water ✅ We were given 4 pillows and 2 blankets for 2 pax + 3 towels ✅ Surrounding could be so quiet if not for the vehicle noises outside ✅ Very spacious place + free use of hangers ✅ Own private gate + CCTV outside which makes it very secure ✅ Sari-sari store is literally beside the unit CONS: ❌Since vehicles passes outside, it could get so noisy since the cars need to bwelo so much because of its very steep/ uphill road. ❌ CR could have been cleaner a bit but bearable na siya for short stays ❌ Main door could have harang sa baba since insects can easily get inside + noise from outside comes in there as well. ❌ Shower head could be upgraded para the water that goes out is more seamless. Overall, we’d love to visit Emilia’s place again 💕

Very nice place! Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

very responsive and helpful, responds to queries clearly. the caretaker was also so helpful, and the people were friendly. we enjoyed our stay bc the place was great and peaceful. we were able to rest bc the place was so cozy. the interior was also top tier!

Our family had such a restful stay at this cozy place in Baguio City. We felt so welcome and right at home. The space was pretty spacious! So beautifully decorated with charming touches that made it feel super warm and welcoming. The location was perfect. Close enough to most of attractions but still tucked away in a peaceful spot. Enjoying the cool Baguio breeze and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony was the highlight of our stay. Ms Raqz was an amazing host. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Always made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Baguio. Definitely a home away from home.

It was a great place to stay. The location is good and close to the park. The host is responsive and kind.

Sir Greg and his son is very responsive, they provide clear instructions and their place is nice and relaxing, with great windows view specially at night. We'll definitely booked again with Sir Greg on our next trip to Baguio.

We had a great stay. it is less than 1km away from botanical garden. need to commute if pupunta ng burnham, and other TS around that area. the place is clean and the neighborhood is tranquil.

Great place

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chadi’s place. It was simply wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Her staff were super friendly and helpful. The condo staff were great as well. We enjoyed all the amenities. From watching K-dramas to sipping coffee while watching the sunrise from the enclosed balcony, we couldn’t be more pleased. It’s located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, a wonderful city park, and night market. We’re already planning our next visit.

The host, Ms. Ming, is very responsive and provided clear instructions . The caretaker is super friendly. The place is great - very clean, well equipped, comfortable, spacious and has a good neighborhood.
