The historic heritage listed house boasts raising Sarah Gordon Brown (Ex British PM wife), who grew up there. It is secured, well lit, squeaky clean, and peaceful.

The house is located approx. 8 km south of Stone Town Zanzibar in Chukwani directly at the beach. There are two terraces in the garden, one swimming pool and you have direct access to the beach. The house itself has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one living room and dining room as well as a large balcony. Furthermore, there is a large fully- equipped kitchen and a garage.
