The swimming and fishing lake Bergsee and the charming landscape of Güntersberge offer a fantastic vacation in this 2-bedroom holiday home. Featuring a central heating facility and a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecues, it is perfect for a family of 5 or a group. Explore the picture perfect nature by hiking and cycling. There are many interesting places nearby such as the world heritage city Quedlinburg at 20 km, Rappbode reservoir, and Wernigerode's old town and castle at 25 km. You can also visit the town centre at 500 m and explore the Mousetrap Museum. Kids can have fun in the furnished garden with the shared play equipment while you lie down cherishing the view of the lake, mountains, and forests. You can relax indoors in the living-dining room by the cozy wood stove. Parking is also arranged. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Public transport lies 500m away and train station is at 1km. Very modern and generously equipped - this villa is perfect for relaxing and exploring the area with the whole family or friends. There are wonderful opportunities for hiking directly from the house as well as for trips to Wernigerode, Thale and Stolberg. In winter you can perfectly ski nearby.

Jede Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad – eines zusätzlich mit Badewanne. Insgesamt finden bis zu 12 Personen Platz. Der idyllische Garten mit Grill und Feuerschale lädt zu geselligen Abenden ein. Ideal für Familien und Gruppen, die Gemeinschaft und Privatsphäre suchen!

Villa Rosa - wunderschöne Villa nahe Ortskern

Entspannung pur in der Villa Rosa. Unsere wunderschöne kleine Villa liegt unweit des Zentrums von Bad Sachsa auf einem kleinen Berg mit Blick über die idylischen Berge und Wälder des Harzes. Ein verwunschener Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Weg zum Zentrum des Ortes dauert a. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch das Erlebnisbad Salztalparadies sowie ein großer Indoor Spielplatz und der schöne Schmelzteich sowie der Stadtwald sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar.
