The swimming and fishing lake Bergsee and the charming landscape of Güntersberge offer a fantastic vacation in this 2-bedroom holiday home. Featuring a central heating facility and a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecues, it is perfect for a family of 5 or a group. Explore the picture perfect nature by hiking and cycling. There are many interesting places nearby such as the world heritage city Quedlinburg at 20 km, Rappbode reservoir, and Wernigerode's old town and castle at 25 km. You can also visit the town centre at 500 m and explore the Mousetrap Museum. Kids can have fun in the furnished garden with the shared play equipment while you lie down cherishing the view of the lake, mountains, and forests. You can relax indoors in the living-dining room by the cozy wood stove. Parking is also arranged. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Public transport lies 500m away and train station is at 1km. Ein komplettes Haus im südlichen Harzvorland gelegen, mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Esszimmer, großem Wannen- und Duschbad, Lounge-Küche, Garten, Terrasse und allem was dein Herz begehrt. Das Ambiente ist sehr anspruchsvoll. Marmorfussboden im Eingangs- und Essbereich sowie ein Kamin im ersten von 4 Schlafzimmern sorgen für eine besondere Wohnatmosphäre. Der Garten am Haus lädt zum Entspannen ein. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Anzahl. Eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen stehen zur Verfügung.

The "Villa Heidi" we have renovated with much love for you and furnished in a contemporary way. You can expect a high-quality equipped vacation home for max. 22 people on a 600m² property with private garden for your exclusive use. You are right in the center and yet in a quiet side street and have in the house one of the most beautiful views over the charming town of Braunlage. Villa Heidi is located 2 houses next to our vacation house Sauerzapf and house Siggi.

Villa Rosa - wunderschöne Villa nahe Ortskern

Entspannung pur in der Villa Rosa. Unsere wunderschöne kleine Villa liegt unweit des Zentrums von Bad Sachsa auf einem kleinen Berg mit Blick über die idylischen Berge und Wälder des Harzes. Ein verwunschener Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Weg zum Zentrum des Ortes dauert a. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch das Erlebnisbad Salztalparadies sowie ein großer Indoor Spielplatz und der schöne Schmelzteich sowie der Stadtwald sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar.
