We enjoyed our stay here at this apartment. ROOM: The room was squeaky clean and very spacious! There were multiple sockets around the apartment and they even provided toiletries! The bed was very big and comfortable, and we had a lovely time cooking at the kitchen due to its complete cooking pans and pots. The refrigerator was functioning well, and the bathroom was squeaky clean! There was even hot and cold water! I have no complaints! SERVICE: Owner was very kind and responsive. The check in instructions were so clear, we didn't have trouble getting in! LOCATION: It is, however, quite far from the old quarter and west lake. That's the only sad thing I could think of. PRICE: The price was super affordable. It's quite a really good deal, we definitely got much more than what we paid for. Overall, I highly recommend! We had such a comfortable stay in this place!

This apartment is very conveniently located. It is about 7-8 minutes walk from Hanoi Opera House. Hanoi Opera House is the center of most tourist attractions and many directions. The apartment is a spacious studio with good design. The facilities are well equipped and secure. There is a washer and dryer in the building. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. Vincom Shopping Center (Bartreet branch) is also 30 minutes walk away. I think it is a better location than the commercialized Old Quarter. You can see and enjoy Hanoi city life from here. Most of all, the host Tracy is very friendly and responsive. Thank you again. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hanoi again.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Hanoi's charming Old Quarter. The hosts were outstanding—truly helpful and attentive. We were thrilled that the apartment was serviced every three days during our stay, which made things even more comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see spots, enhancing our experience. The apartment itself was spacious enough for four people, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with this host. It was simply outstanding!

Tri’s home was great for us. We both work online and my boyfriend takes multiple video calls throughout the day so we needed a quiet space with plenty of light and strong WiFi - this place delivers! It’s a little away from the buzz of Hanoi but you can easily get a grab from the top of the road (you have to walk out of the hem around 100 metres as the roads aren’t mapped so it’s easier to set the location as the main road and walk up). Cleaning was regular and they provided what we needed. Place was super quiet at all times. Kitchen well equipped, washing machine etc. Walking distance of great gym - Teekiu

We visited vietnam for 12 days and this was our favorite stay of the entire trip! I visited Hanoi with my family and this place felt like home. There was always someone available to us at all times. The location is at old quaters which was very convenient. The house in itself is so pretty and Pinteresty, we loved it. Huyen, was available on phone/text and responded in seconds, disregard of what our query was. We even got some souvenirs from her as a gift. Even the cleaning lady was so sweet, she did not speak English but whenever she saw us, she smiled and said bye- like at all times! :) Overall our stay was amazing, place is clean, exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful, the hosts are also very friendly, English speaking and helpful. Do not miss this place in Hanoi.

Annie's place was great. Annie herself is very proactive and helpful. She will help you like a local making it easy to navigate through the city and meeting needs. She booked our cab from the airport for pick-up at night, helped with setting the sim card up. She also helped us with booking a shared taxi to Ninh Binh when we were checking out from Hanoi. we forgot one if our suitcase during that and she proactively sent our luggage by the next cab very safely. The place is also located at the heart of Hanoi, waling distance to the lake. It is a bit inside the road, the building cannot be seen from outside the road so a little help is required there but Annie is always available and communicates effectively and efficiently making everything smooth. Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

This place was a lucky find for us. Convenient, memorable, well-located. We loved the style and decor of the place. There are 4 floors with multiple layouts, which works out well for a big family because it affords privacy but you still feel all together. The location is right next to Hoan Kiem but tucked away down an alley so with a little peace and quiet. I loved looking out on Hanoi from the rooftop. The hosts were super flexible about a bunch of things and helped accommodate our two year old as well. They arranged taxis for all our major trips and helped out with advice about timing and locations. A standout experience!

We had best experience while stay in Anna's house. The house exactly looks like in the photo. So comfortable with tropical vibes of the balcony. Super complete aminities and utilities. Anna was so kind, she let us to store out luggages while we already checkout and waiting for the bus to Sapa in the night and it's for FREE! She's also give us 30 minutes additional times for take a shower and changing clothes even already 9.00pm. I highly recommended this house to stay while in Hanoi!

とても滞在しやすい場所です。 近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。 旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。 部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。 オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。 ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Superb location! The house was very accommodating and had abundant amenities, like everything we could ask for. Also, Nga is always helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this place, truly remarkable.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

Hung is a great host. Explain really well and the place is accesible to the heart of Ha Noi. Stay here for 2 days. I wish to come back to Ha Noi and spend more time here. Thank you for having us!
