Sehr gute Lage und immer sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption! :) Zimmer war auch sauber und hatte alles was man braucht.

호텔이 번화가 주변에 위치하고 있어서 투어가 참 편했어요. 호텔 시설은 전체적으로 약간 오래된 느낌이 있었지만 나름 관리가 잘 되고 있었습니다. 직원분들은 모두 젊은이들로 씩씩하고 자신감 있어 보였으며 영어로 의사소통에는 특별한 문제가 없었습니다. 저렴하게 이용하기에는 괜찮아요.

What a cool place to meet travelers like yourself to enjoy the beauty that is Hanoi.

Amazing stay in the middle of old quarter. The room I got was clean and just enough for a single person to sleep or rest. Staff was also kind and speaks English so I didn't have a hard time asking questions and communicating. The hotel is located in an alley away from the noise of the busy streets, but it is near the wet market, hoan kiem lake and the night market. It is also less than a minute walk from a good pho and yogurt dessert place. The stay has aircon, hot shower, blower and free bfast. One thing though is the thin walls, so not recommended for light sleepers because you can hear movements from outside or the other room, even when the phone is vibrating. But overall I had a pleasant experience for such affordable price. 💯⭐️

si me gustó el lugar, dormí muy cómoda y trabajé en el área común con un buen Internet, los empleados son muy amables, tuve algunas dificultades al llegar y ellos tuvieron iniciativa de ayudarme, el restaurante café está abierto 24/7 y también tienen opciones vegetarianas super barato y conveniente, lo recomiendo mucho

Very hospitable service, kind and helpful staff. close to the airport and great for those that need a quick stay before or after a long travel.

Mr. Tobin is a very nice and helpful guy. He has given us free breakfast, coffee, lunch, free bike to go to Hanoi etc., He was very proactive and booked us a very good cruise in La Pinta luxury cruise for 3days 2 nights at a very reasonable rate. you can trust him blindly. very honest and nice Vietnamese guy.

An excellent stay at Urban Slumber! The warm welcome and the staff’s constant availability, no matter the time, truly stood out. I highly recommend this place—not only for the outstanding service but also because it is well worth the price. Located in the heart of the old quarter, you’ll be close to everything, including the famous train street just 300 meters away. Thank you urban slumber and see you soon !

Super günstig und total zentral. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war etwas kalt aber an sonsten total klasse.

Nicest Air BNB we have stayed at so far in Vietnam!! It was so clean and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and smelled amazing. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The bed and pillows were so nice and the sheets were spotless/new. AC worked like a charm and the lighting was lovely. Mini fridge, kettle, and TV everything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to be by the airport!!! Only downside is no Grab for food, and not many resturants nearby (except for right next door - lovely Vietnamese cuisine). They offered morning coffee which was a huge bonus!

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. clean facilities, kind staff, close to many restaurants and services.
