Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Το σπίτι μας είναι 105 τ.μ. τριών υπνοδωματίων, εκ των οποίων το ένα είναι σοφίτα με ενα διπλό κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα & πλυντήριο ρούχων καθώς και κήπο 850 τ.μ με μπάρμπεκιου. Υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία της Τορώνης, η οποία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 300μ.

Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
