This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

The Waihopai suite is a lovely rural escape at the edge of Invercargill. Your unit is attached to our home but very private. Situated at Millton Park Estate, boasting vast established gardens and a large pond. Wake up to a garden view with wondering ducks, bunnies and the sound of native birdsong. Enjoy private access, free parking, quality bedding, ensuite, TV, wardrobe and kitchenette facilities (not a full kitchen). Beech Bach is a spacious tiny home. Guests love the inlet views, coziness, privacy, quietness, wildlife, & quirkiness of our 1 br bach. Includes car (T&C apply), & transfers. It's only 1.2km from the village - there's a couple of hills. The kitchen has lots of supplies & equipment. Gas hob, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, electric frypan, slow cooker, & drinking water filter. TV & Starlink WiFi. The loo is in the laundry accessed via semi enclosed porch. Fold out bed on request. Charges apply.

The studio is connected but not accessible to the main house and has its own private entrance and garden area so you wont see me during your stay unless you message for any assistance..

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!
